How destination drill-down works
Country and city/location pages use only measurements that pass Secure-VPN quality control and remain attached to active or suspect catalog targets. Heatmap country links open the full country view and preserve only the selected time window. Use the Source, Provider and Protocol filters on this page when you want to reproduce a narrower heatmap slice.
When a target does not contain a city, the page falls back to the detected exit city, then region, then a country-level aggregate label. This avoids inventing city names that are not present in the measurement metadata.
Observed nodes come only from real endpoint_target values recorded in rankable measurements inside the selected time window. Generic target IDs and connect-target labels are excluded, so a node is shown only when the worker recorded a more specific endpoint such as an actual VPN server hostname.
