P10–P90 VPN consistency explained
P10 and P90 describe the slower and faster ends of the central 80% of observations. A narrow P10–P90 span usually means performance is more predictable than a very wide span, even when the medians are similar.

Why context matters
Secure-VPN treats the source worker, destination, provider, protocol and time window as separate dimensions. That prevents a faster source connection or a different route from being silently mixed into a single number.
