Packet loss is the share of test packets that do not return successfully. Even a fast download result can feel unstable when loss is elevated, so Secure-VPN records loss beside speed and latency.

Why context matters
Secure-VPN treats the source worker, destination, provider, protocol and time window as separate dimensions. That prevents a faster source connection or a different route from being silently mixed into a single number.
