VPN benchmark glossary
VPN latency explained
Latency measures round-trip delay. Lower latency usually feels more responsive for browsing, calls and gaming, but it should be interpreted beside throughput, jitter, packet loss and source-to-destination distance.

Why context matters
Secure-VPN treats the source worker, destination, provider, protocol and time window as separate dimensions. That prevents a faster source connection or a different route from being silently mixed into a single number.
